Preliminary Ecological Appraisal

Providing a comprehensive initial assessment of sites, detailing any ecological constraints and recommendations for further surveys required. This information will be presented within a professional report, including methods, findings and implications.

Discharge of Conditions

Producing professional, high-standard reports to assist with the discharge of planning conditions, including Construction Ecological Management Plans (CEMPs), Landscape Ecological Management Plans (LEMPs) and Ecological Enhancement Strategies to name a few.

Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG Assessment

Carrying out baseline (UKHab) surveys, and using this data to conduct BNG assessments using GIS software. Producing BNG reports to accompany planning submissions. Working with designers from early stages to achieve BNG +10% in the most efficient way possible.

Ecological Clerk of Works (ECoW)

Experienced team well used to working within the construction industry. Able to supervise works which may affect: water voles, nesting birds, great crested newts, badgers, reptiles and more.

Water Vole Mitigation

Very experienced with water vole passive displacement and translocation, with experience on a number site licences, including one of the largest displacement licences in the country. CL31 (Displacement class licence) holder.

Protected Species Survey

Proficient in many types of protected species survey, including a range bird survey types, riparian mammal, UKHab/botanical surveys, badger, bat, reptile and more.
